Reviews and Ratings
This charming hotel offers a memorable stay with friendly service from the Gennaro family and a delicious breakfast that sets a positive tone for the day. The beautiful mountain views from the balcony are a highlight, alongside the unique atmosphere provided by the family-run nature of the establishment. However, be prepared for a bit of a walk from the train station as the hill can be steep. Also, the price might feel slightly high, particularly during holiday weekends.
Our stay had some ups and downs. While the hotel was clean and had a beautiful balcony, the owner's unfriendly demeanor made it an awkward experience. I was shocked at the pricing and felt it didn't reflect the quality of service provided. Overall, it was a mixed experience with some highlights but significant disappointments.
Overall, I had a lovely experience at this charming hotel with beautiful views of the mountains and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options to start the day. However, I did encounter some issues with the shower curtain in my room, and the service could have been more attentive during my stay. Despite this, the access to the nearby spa and the comfy accommodations made for a pleasant trip.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the rooms were clean and offered beautiful views of the river, the service left much to be desired, especially from the owner. The location is quite convenient for exploring the area, but I felt the overall value did not match the high price I paid for a single night.
During my stay, I found the hotel to be charming with a welcoming family atmosphere, which made for a warm experience. The breakfast was truly a highlight, offering a generous selection. However, the service when it came to dining left much to be desired, and the value for the price felt a bit lacking. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with some notable ups and downs.
